Overview

MOOSE MOTORCARS

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, referred to as the “Client,” and Moose
Motorcars. It is important that you thoroughly review and understand the terms outlined below.


RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS:
To secure any booking, a deposit of $200.00 must be made using a major credit card. The reservation will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total bill at the conclusion of the booking. In the event of a cancellation, notice must be provided at least 7 days
prior to the scheduled booking date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a $200.00 charge to the credit card used for the reservation. Moose
Motorcars offers one complimentary pickup within DC Metropolitan area. If the pickup location is outside the DC Metropolitan area, the charged time will
commence upon crossing the DC Metropolitan area line. Please note that a minimum reservation of three hours is required.


STARTING / ENDING TIMES:
Moose Motorcars bears no responsibility for any time delays caused by the Client. The Client’s allocated time commences at the scheduled arrival time. Should
the reservation extend beyond the scheduled duration, additional time will be billed at our standard hourly rate in increments of half an hour. While we make
every effort to arrive ahead of schedule, allowing the Client and their guests ample time for loading and familiarization with the vehicle, any early arrival cannot
be guaranteed. However, if there are no subsequent reservations for the day, we are pleased to accommodate an extension of your reservation.


GRATUITY:
At Moose Motorcars, we do not automatically include a gratuity in your bill. We believe that gratuity should be left to the discretion of our valued customers.
However, we would like to emphasize that our chauffeurs rely on gratuities as part of their livelihood. We kindly request that you consider tipping them based on
the level of service you receive. The industry standard for gratuity ranges from 15% to 25% of the total bill. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for
your consideration.


VEHICLE OPERATIONS:
For your safety and to prevent any potential harm or damage, we kindly request that you refrain from opening or closing the doors of the vehicle while it is in
motion or stationary. Our professional chauffeurs will handle these tasks for you and your guests. Additionally, we strictly prohibit the throwing of any items from
the vehicle. Any violation of this policy may result in the termination of our services, at the discretion of the chauffeur. Our goal is to maintain the pristine
condition of the vehicle for your enjoyment and that of our future guests. We are required to make complete stops at all railroad crossings. Please be aware that
in some cases, the vehicle may not be able to access a requested destination due to traffic congestion or clearance issues. Our chauffeur will make every effort to
get as close as possible to your desired location.


VOMIT/ SMOKING/ EXCESSIVE CLEANING:
Kindly note that in the event of any occurrence of vomiting inside the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $400.00 will be charged, and the reservation will be immediately
terminated. The party will be required to pay the full price of the reservation and will be dropped off at the final destination. To prevent such incidents, we kindly
request that you request a bucket if you anticipate someone in your party may require it. This will save time and avoid additional expenses for everyone involved.
It is important to emphasize that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Any additional cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning, such as
removing smoke smell, rice, confetti, glitter, and similar substances, will incur an extra charge of $150.00. These fees will be charged to the credit card provided.
We kindly ask that you and your guests consume alcohol responsibly and inform them of these additional fees to avoid any misunderstandings.


DAMAGES and/or THEFT:
The Client accepts responsibility for reimbursing any theft or damages caused by any individuals within the renting party, regardless of whether such incidents are
accidental or a result of negligence. These charges may be billed to the Client’s credit card or the credit card used as a guarantee, upon notification of the
damages. Additionally, the Client agrees to cover any lost income during the repair period for damages incurred. Moose Motorcars cannot be held liable for any
lost, stolen, or damaged items. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY WILL BE HELD FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES THAT
MAY BE INCURRED, AS DETERMINED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHAUFFEUR.
(1) $20.00 per broken glassware.
(2) Seat damage: $700.00 per seat, carpet damage: $500.00 per damaged carpet, mirror damage: $750.00 per damaged mirror.
(3) Extensive cleanup: $150.00 minimum (e.g., spills), gum in the carpet cleanup: $50.00.
(4) Shampoo and disinfecting (interior due to sickness): $400.00, detailing and wax (exterior due to sickness): $150.00.
(5) Upholstery damage: $500.00 minimum per burn hole, rip, or tear.
(6) Opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object: $2000.00.
(7) Triple the listed amounts for any removed or stolen items from the vehicle.
(8) Downtime may result in a loss of revenue, with charges applicable for each hour lost as stated in the contract.


TERMINATION OF SERVICES:
Moose Motorcars maintains the right to decline service and, at the sole discretion of the chauffeur, may choose to terminate services if deemed necessary to
prevent illegal activities, protect the vehicle from damage, or ensure the safety of individuals involved. The following is a non-exhaustive list of grounds for service
termination without a refund for unused rental time: possession of weapons or illegal drugs by the Client or their guests, disruptive or unruly behavior exhibited
by individuals in the Client’s party, smoking or vomiting inside the vehicle, consumption of alcohol by minors in the Client’s party, theft or damage to company
property, failure to comply with the policies outlined in this service agreement, and refusal to comply with the chauffeur’s instructions or requests. Additionally,
service termination with a refund limited to the unused rental time may occur due to prohibitive weather conditions or circumstances beyond the control of the
chauffeur. Moose Motorcars reserves the right to provide a comparable substitute vehicle if necessary, and in such cases, the terms of this Agreement shall
remain fully valid and enforceable. In the event of a legal dispute or action arising from this Agreement or to enforce or interpret any rights under this
Agreement, the Client agrees that Moose Motorcars is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, in addition to any other available remedies.
